Notice: “ShopThruPost” and “Hongkong Post ID” Incorporate “Stamp OnNet”

  Our online stamp ordering platform “Stamp OnNet” (stamponnet.hongkongpost.hk) has been integrated into Hongkong Post’s online shopping platform “ShopThruPost” (shopthrupost.hongkongpost.hk) since 15 October 2019. “Stamp OnNet” members may upgrade their accounts with their original login names and passwords to adopt “Hongkong Post ID” in a few simple steps, and then log in “ShopThruPost” to continue placing orders and looking up account information. Local Standing Order Service or Overseas and Mainland Mail Order Service member who had “Stamp OnNet” account
Remark: “Stamp OnNet” logon name is a set of self-defined characters to log on the old “Stamp OnNet” system. It is not the LSOS or OMOS membership number (9-digit number)

Step 1: In upgrade account to Hongkong Post ID webpage, select Select “Local Standing Order Service” or “Overseas and Mainland Mail Order Service” and then enter the login name and password of your existing Stamp OnNet account for authentication.

Step 2: Information in the profile of existing Stamp OnNet account will be transferred to that of “Hongkong Post ID”.

Step 3: Check for Hongkong Post’s email on account activation in the mailbox of the email address registered.

Step 4: Follow the instructions in the email to activate the account. You are required to log in “Hongkong Post ID” once to continue the upgrade procedure.

Step 5: Upon completion of upgrading, you can order stamp products in “ShopThruPost”.

Local Standing Order Service or Overseas and Mainland Mail Order Service member who do not have “Stamp OnNet” account
Remark: Customer is LSOS or OMOS member and has membership number (9-digit number) only but never place advance order through “Stamp OnNet” system

Step 1: In “ShopThruPost” main page, click “Register” link.

Step 2: In “Hongkong Post ID Registration” webpage, select “No, please create a Hongkong Post ID for me”.

Step 3: Fill in the registration form and check whether the email address is correct or not.

Step 4: Check for Hongkong Post’s email on account activation in the mailbox of the email address registered.

Step 5: Follow the instructions in the email to activate the account and log in “ShopThruPost” and select “Get Started ShopThruPost”.

Step 6: Fill in mobile phone number and accept ShopThruPost’s terms and conditions.

Step 7: In “ShopThruPost” main page, click “Stamp Ordering” and select delivery/collection area. Select “2020 Advance Order Service” and choose “LSOS – Local Standing Order Service” or “OMOS – Overseas and Mainland Mail Order Service” to provide registered member information.

“LSOS – Local Standing Order Service” information includes Account No. (i.e. 9-digit number), Document No. (first 4 characters) and Contact Tel. No.
“OMOS – Overseas and Mainland Mail Order Service” information includes Account No. (i.e. 9-digit number) and Email Address.

Click “Linkup Standing Order Service Account” to complete the linkup and start order stamps.
